If any information is incorrect and hinders any shipment, delivery, or customs clearance, we will not be liable for any liability and will not provide any compensation in such cases.

Trade Rules

Prices and Payments

All prices include value-added tax (if applicable), and the tax rate is applicable to the country of receipt and is correct when the information is entered into the system. If for some reason we are unable to ship the goods, the value of the unshipped goods will be refunded to the wallet in your account or to the original payment method.

All prices are exclusive of shipping fees. The total order price is the price of the ordered products plus the shipping fees.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of the products shown on the website as accurately as possible. However, since the actual colors you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that any colors displayed on your monitor are accurate.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Events Beyond Our Control

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of our obligations under the contract due to events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"). Force Majeure includes any act, event, failure to perform, negligence, or accident beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to the following situations:

i. Strikes, lockouts, or other forms of protest.

ii. Civil unrest, rebellion, invasion, terrorist attacks or threats, war (whether declared or not), or threats or preparations for war.

iii. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, collapse, epidemic, or any other natural disaster.

iv. Inability to use trains, ships, airplanes, motor vehicles, or other public or private means of transportation.

v. Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems.

vi. Any act, decree, legislation, regulation, or restriction by any government or public authority.

vii. Strikes, breakdowns, or accidents in sea or river transportation, postal transportation, or any other type of transportation.

It is understood that during the duration of the Force Majeure, our obligations arising under the contract will be suspended, and we will be granted an extension of the time for performing these obligations for a period equal to the duration of the Force Majeure. We will provide all reasonable resources to end the Force Majeure situation or find a solution that enables us to perform our obligations under the contract in the event of Force Majeure.

Liability and Exclusion of Liability, Statutory Consumer Rights

Unless otherwise expressly provided in these terms, our liability for any product purchased on our website shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of that product. Notwithstanding the above, our liability shall not be excluded or limited in the following situations:

i. Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

ii. There is fraud or fraudulent deception; or

iii. In any situation where the exclusion, limitation, or attempt to exclude or limit our liability is illegal or unlawful.

Notwithstanding the above paragraphs, to the extent permitted by law, unless otherwise provided in these terms, we shall not be liable for the following losses, regardless of their source:

Loss of revenue or sales.

Loss of business.

Loss of profit or contract.

Loss of projected savings.

Loss of data.

Loss of business or management time.

Due to the openness of this website and the possible errors in the storage and transmission of digital information, unless otherwise explicitly stated on this website, we do not guarantee the accuracy and security of the information transmitted or obtained through this website. All product descriptions, information, and materials displayed on this website are provided "as is", and except for the warranties or conditions provided by law, there are no express or implied warranties or conditions. In this sense, if you enter into a contract as a consumer or user, we are obliged to deliver goods that conform to the contract and to be liable to you for any non-conformities existing at the time of delivery.
